Return Policy


We accept returns within 20 days of the purchase date for items in new condition. This means the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags. We will not accept any returns postmarked after 20 days of purchase date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for returns postage. Please keep track of your return tracking number as Venture Heat is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Authorized Dealers

If you purchased your product from a third-party website or dealer, please contact them directly for assistance. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website.

Gift Recipients

We require an order number for all returns. If you are a gift recipient, please reach out to the original purchaser for the order number. Please note that monetary refunds will be applied to the original purchaser's payment method.


Venture Heat USA gladly supports a 1 Year Warranty on all products purchased from an authorized Venture Heat dealer. Please note that all warranties are processed by our USA office in Los Alamitos, California. We do not have any international locations at this time.
